Refund policy

Changes & Cancellations:

  • Need to change something before your order ships? Shoot us an email ASAP at info@timetosugar.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order's on its way, changes aren't possible.
  • Double-check your order details before hitting "purchase" to avoid any surprises!

Returns:

We accept unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Products must have their tamper-proof seals intact. Here's how to return:

  1. Email us at info@timetosugar.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipments will be at your cost.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back.

Please note:

  • A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Missing items claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection within a few business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

Didn't get your refund yet? Here's what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it might take some time for the refund to appear).
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you've still haven't received your refund after following these steps, reach out to us at info@timetosugar.com

Damaged Items:

We take pride in quality, but if something arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We'll gladly replace the item promptly or offer another suitable solution. We will ask you some photos.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, but hey, that almost never happens!
